Citrus Community College
Trevor manages the planning, design, and construction of campus facilities; leads consultant teams to develop environmental reports that support the education and facilities master plans; initiates policy and design standards; engages community stakeholders; administers consultant contracts for major and minor capital projects; collaborates with district in-house trades for project delivery; partners with department heads; and provides oversight of space utilization and capital outlay. LACCD Student Services Academic Building at Mission
Trevor provides all aspects of construction management services including schedule management, payment application review, safety oversight, construction infrastructure systems review: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, an information management. His oversight is utilized for various consultants and municipalities including DSA and district representatives. In addition to conduction management Trevor is a trusted source for risk analysis.

Chinese American Museum Renovation
The Chinese American Museum Renovation in a design bid build delivery method of the renovation and additions to a 1930s historical structure. The building is a 7,2000 square foot structure located inside El Pueblo de Historical Monument 44-acre public park in downtown Los Angles. It is the oldest surviving structure in the historical Chinatown neighborhood and the project is a neighborhood and historical achievement long awaited by the community. Trevor is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of planning and construction of the museum project. His duties included planning, bid procurement, cost review, scheduling, change order management and onsite supervision of all phases of construction: administration, preconstruction, construction, and closeout.

Trevor is responsible for tracking, monitoring and overseeing all aspects of the planning and coordination of various multi-million-dollar construction projects including:

LAC Building M, Multi-Disciplinary Classroom
The $77.9M project consists of the complete demolition of the existing classroom buildings M and N and surrounding site areas, in order to build a brand new 3-story steel 81,970 SF building. The building will house classrooms and offices for Language Arts, Computer Office Studies and DSPS along with general assignment classroom spaces. The classrooms will provide more technology to better serve the students and enhance the overall learning and teaching environment. This is the first state funded project utilizing the Design-Build delivery method.

LAC Auditorium Building J
The $29M Building J auditorium was originally constructed in 1956 and is used for performances and events by the Theater, Dance and Music departments, as well as for other special campus events. The project consists of system modernization, interior improvements, accessibility updates, and building additions to include a new elevator, storage areas, a costume shop, a dance studio and a theatre classroom. The work also consists of approximately 24,000 square feet of site work that includes new landscape and hardscape in various locations surrounding the building.

LAC Student Service Center
The $29 million Building E project is the student services center that has been approved to renovate and modernize to create a more inviting environment for the student body and Long Beach City College community. This project has been awarded to HPI Architects and is in the early planning with the college.
