Trevor provides project management services on a wide range of educational facilities projects including scheduled maintenance, classroom modernizations, and construction of new facilities. He spearheaded commercial and educational facility construction projects to optimize client satisfaction, team development, project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety standards. He also managed and executed a $250 million local bond measure consisting of scheduled maintenance, classroom moderation, and new facility construction in accordance with approved DSA documents. He managed design professionals regarding building information modeling (BIM) and DSA inspections regarding project approvals, construction, and closeouts. Trevor directly managed, scheduled, and coordinated concurrent projects from start to finish and in line with budgets and timelines.
